Shipping Rates and Policies
We cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any particular date, such as before Christmas. We will process and ship your order as quickly as we can. However the COVID pandemic and winter weather may cause delays in shipping. Shop early to avoid delays, and remember that whenever your gifts arrive they will be much appreciated.
There are three new curbside pickup locations for the Commons. They are located at each end of the Commons and are marked with signs. The closest one to our door is the intersection of Seneca St and Tioga st, across from Starbucks and next to the Bernie Milton Paviliion. You can call us from your car at any of those locations and we can bring your order out to you. Pickup hours are the same as our store hours.
Pickup at the Door
You can pick your order up at the front door of the store anytime during our store hours. You can call ahead if you prefer not to enter the store and we will pass your order out to you with minimal contact.
Order Processing and Shipping
Right now we are offering standard shipping only, which in most cases will be Priority Mail through the US Post Office. We cannot offer express or overnight delivery. We can ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
Changes to Checkout Shipping Rates
We reserve the right to review all shipping charges prior to shipping any online order. In rare cases, if higher adjusted shipping fees are needed, we will contact you prior to completing your order to obtain your approval for the higher shipping rates. This has happened only once so far, in the case of a very large order going to the West Coast. Please note that some oversize items are not available for shipping. If you purchase one of these items, you must select pickup.
